When a Zoom meeting is active, your display name is shown by default. For our recordings, we need this display name hidden.
To hide your display name, simply open SETTINGS and select VIDEO. The check box we need is near the bottom so scroll down until you see the option "ALWAYS DISPLAY PARTICIPANT NAMES ON THEIR VIDEO." You need to UNCHECK this box.
Schedule Recording:
We will work with you to find a convenient time for your recording. Please allow at least an hour for the appointment. An invite will be sent to you via email along with the Zoom link.
Review Questions:
Once the appointment has been scheduled, we will send you the questions that we will be asking you via email. This provides you the opportunity to think about your potential answers well in advance of the testimonial.
Testimonial Recording:
Today is the day! Join the Zoom call included in your invite. One of our team members will greet you and ensure everything is working on your end with your audio and camera. Once you are comfortable, we will begin the recording on our end and start with the icebreaker questions included in the video above. We will then move on to the questions previously sent to you via email.
Video Review:
Once the video is edited, we will send you a link so that you can see yourself in action.
