Getting started is simple

Our first priority is understanding your business

1. We'll start with our discovery and planning process.

 A dedicated marketing strategist takes each client through the first few steps, working closely to analyze where you are and where you want to go.

2. Then, we’ll develop a strategic and tactical plan and gain clarity on what steps to follow.

3. A client success pod will become an extension of your marketing team to execute what we’ve planned.

This pod is made up of a dedicated client success manager, a project manager, and a copywriter who work together to tackle and delegate each task. 

4. From there, we’ll cycle through periodic rotations of campaigns and meetings.

Here’s an example schedule that we use often:

  1. One meeting per month for reviewing metrics, the strategic plan, and budget. You'll review and approve specific items with key team members and your marketing strategist.

  2. One meeting per month for reviewing each initiative, creative briefs, drafts, and proofs. Project management focuses on keeping all items on schedule.

  3. Additional meetings as needed with your copywriter for interviews and research of material, branding, and goals.

  4. Quarterly meetings with the entire team and subject matter experts for specific reporting on unique projects.

On an ongoing basis, you'll have access to:
