The steps below outline our process with each client. Every stage, meeting, and team member are intentionally
used to streamline your marketing program and ensure that no time, effort, or finances are being wasted.

1. Discovery

A dedicated marketing strategist takes each client through a process of audit and analysis. We start with getting to know where you are - an evaluation of your brand and online presence. Then, we discover where you want to go - who and what do you aspire to be?

2. Strategic Planning

The team collaborates with you to create the plans that will achieve your goals and objectives. Strategic and tactical plans, as well as a detailed budget, prep the team for the work to follow.

3. Launch

You'll meet your client success pod who will become an extension of your marketing department. A dedicated client success manager, project manager, and copywriter will work together to bring the plans to life. This team is available throughout our partnership to answer questions, field ideas, and provide status updates.

4. Creative Development

The team will work to design, write, execute the creative that will drive your marketing campaigns, with optional involvement from your team. You'll be asked to routinely review and approve each piece we develop.

5. Distribution

Campaigns are launched based on the tactical plans developed at the start of our partnership.

6. Routine Rhythms

Our meeting schedule often looks like this:
  1. One meeting per month for reviewing metrics, the strategic plan, and budget. You'll review and approve specific items with key team members and your marketing strategist.
  2. One meeting per month for reviewing each initiative, creative briefs, drafts, and proofs. Project management focuses on keeping all items on schedule.
  3. Additional meetings as needed with your copywriter for interviews and research of material, branding, and goals.
  4. Quarterly meetings with the entire team and subject matter experts for specific reporting on unique projects.

7. Analysis

On an ongoing basis, you'll have access to a real-time dashboard for tracking all of your analytics in one place. You'll be able to easily reach the vital statistics you need to help make informed business decisions, and we'll work together to make sure we're meeting your goals.
